Responsibilities include ensuring print quality, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and preparing materials and inks. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.Responsibilities:Make running adjustments to attain good quality while maintaining specifications and maximum production.Perform set ups and change overs.Install printing plates, blankets and rolls.Clean, adjust and maintain ink in fountains.Load rollstock, thread stock.Responsible for inspection of product and detection of trouble.Handle rollstock.Operate industrial truck as designated.Log production information on required forms/line computer and label finished product as necessary.Perform specified quality checks and proofread web-stock.Perform special assignments as required.Keep area and equipment clean.Set up and operate flexo press.Monitor print quality and make adjustments.Perform maintenance and troubleshoot issues.Prepare materials and inks.Other job duties as assignedLean to Win:Experience with flexographic printing preferred.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsReduce waste/non-value added in process.Solve problems with three tiers: Technical Systems, Management Infrastructure, and Mindset & behavior.5.SPG work as a liaison between team and change agent.Dedicated to Lean to Win transformation.Participates in all improvement workshops.Qualifications:Experience with flexographic printing preferred.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsHigh School diploma or GED required or relevant proven experience.Knowledge of machinery and assembly line functions and operation of same.Capable of reading, interpreting and comprehending technical training manuals, blue prints and specifications.Display excellent mechanical ability.Compensation & Benefits: $23.92 - $34.31 per hourQuarterly Performance Plus Bonus eligibility with up to a 4% payout based on company performance.5% Night Shift Differential for employees working night shift.Advancement and compensation review opportunities after 12 months.12 paid holidays annually.Eligible employees may participate in company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability plans.Employees are also eligible for the Albéa 401(k) Savings Plan with a company match of 75% on contributions up to 6% of eligible pay.Paid Time Off: Employees receive 40 hours of vacation and 40 hours of sick time, prorated during the first year, with future vacation eligibility based on company policy.Place of WorkOn-siteRequisition ID001Job TypeFull TimeApplication Emailnormary.diaz@albea-group.com
