Life Sciences Account Executive

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to help grow our business and expand our reach in the preclinical space.What You’ll Do🔹 SalesIdentify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and industry events Build relationships with decision-makers at pharma, biotech, and academic organizations Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals Lead contract discussions and close deals Represent the company at conferences and networking events (local, national, international as needed) Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities Attend internal research meetings Provide weekly updates to senior leadership🔹 MarketingDevelop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, website content, social media posts) Run email campaigns and digital advertising efforts Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements Collaborate with scientific teams to develop content, posters, and conference materials Keep website content updated and relevant🔹 Market & Competitive AnalysisResearch market trends and identify new opportunities Monitor competitor activity and industry developments Stay current on regulatory and industry changesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred) 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within preclinical CRO, biotech, or pharma Strong understanding of in vivo and in vitro preclinical drug development Proven track record of meeting sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools Willingness to travel as neededNice To HaveExisting network in pharma/biotech Experience in specific therapeutic areas or specialized in vivo services Digital marketing experience
