You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities—while building strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders.Location…This role is remote but you will be expected to visit our Reston, Virginia office as and when required. The role will also include regular travel to client sites, trade shows, and partner events.Key responsibilities of the role…Strategic Sales & PlanningAchieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsDevelop and execute strategic account plans across your assigned territory or sectorIdentify, qualify, and progress opportunities through a structured sales processAccurately forecast pipeline activity and maintain CRM recordsCustomer EngagementBuild long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and senior stakeholdersPresent compelling proposals and tailored solutions that align with client objectivesManage expectations during presales, contract negotiation, delivery, and aftercarePromote additional services and identify opportunities for account expansionBid & Proposal ManagementLead and contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and complex deal structuresCoordinate internal stakeholders and virtual bid teams to deliver quality submissions on timeQualify opportunities and mitigate risks early in the sales processProduct & Market ExpertiseMaintain a deep understanding of Content Guru’s storm® platform and relevant technologiesKeep informed of industry trends, regulations, and competitor offeringsDeliver solution demonstrations and articulate the business value of our platformCollaborate with marketing and contribute thought leadership where appropriateAbout You…Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceA minimum of 5 years’ experience closing complex B2B deals in the SaaS, cloud, or IT services spaceExperience selling to enterprise-level clients and senior executivesProven ability to meet and exceed revenue targetsSkilled in account planning, negotiation, and consultative sellingExperience with CRM tools and sales forecastingExcellent communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with a strong commercial mindsetExperience selling into vertical markets such as healthcare, utilities, or government is desirableNote: Due to the security-sensitive nature of our work in the US, this role is restricted to US nationalsAbout The Company…Content Guru is the largest privately owned provider of Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) in Europe.
