About the Opportunity:The Network Contracting Manager plays a key role in managing and optimizing provider contracts and relationships. This position supports the organization’s goals by ensuring effective agreements with vendors and providers, improving contracting processes, and serving as a liaison among internal departments. The role is essential for maintaining a strong provider network and advancing the company’s healthcare accessibility mission.3. Responsibilities:Negotiate and maintain agreements with vendors and national providersStreamline and automate contracting support processesCoordinate training for new hires and staff, sharing best practicesGuide negotiators to improve contracting performanceMaintain and update the provider manual quarterlyMaintain contracting templates according to PADU standardsManage provider termination processesOrganize Joint Operating Committees with key providersServe as the network contact for Legal, Compliance, Care Navigation, Operations, and Member ServicesReview Delegated Credentialing agreements4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in provider contracting and/or health insuranceStrong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, contract language, and financial skillsExperience in ancillary provider contracting and negotiationsExperience negotiating delegated credentialing agreementsProven ability to develop and manage key provider relationships, including with senior executivesDemonstrated skill in building and nurturing provider partnershipsTeam-oriented with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work remotely with occasional travel (5-10%)5.
