Duties Prepare for/attend networking events - Coordinate monthly business development meetings - Prepare & Create RFQs/RFP packages including GSA SF330 forms, etc. - Create qualifications packages for various purposes. I.e. new client meetings, outreach, events Assemble final marketing documents into attractive, organized, compelling, and high-quality presentations for various needs Prepare PowerPoint presentations for Shortlist Interviews Maintain project deadline schedules Draft invitations, email blasts, and announcements for various purposes Track business development/marketing budget Provide marketing support to multiple managers and senior principal Coordinate internal meetings, special events and presentations Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth Build, develop and maintain our CRM database including tracking leads and opportunities and updating project experience data Assist in the implementation of performance marketing campaigns Support the creation and optimization of HTML5 content for digital platforms and social media campaigns Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes Contribute to advertising initiatives across various channels Assist in developing and executing content marketing plans Analyze data to track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement Conduct routine updates to firm’s website to ensure accurate and current information is reflected Assist with submissions for industry awards Skills: Strong background in research methodologies Experience in advertising sales and campaign management Proficiency in performance marketing techniques Familiarity with HTML5 for content creation Experience with Adobe/Microsoft Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Designer, Visio, Sway, etc.) Keen eye for graphic design Knowledge of marketing automation platforms Understanding of advertising principles and best practices Ability to develop and implement content marketing strategies Experience with social media platforms and promotions Proficient in analytics tools for tracking campaign performance Experience building and maintaining a CRM database Experience in A/E/C Industry preferred Experience: Marketing: 5+ years (preferred) Job type: Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday Ability to commute: Monroe, CT 06468 (preferred) Ability to Relocate: Relocate to Monroe, CT 06468, before staring work (required) Work location: In person Benifits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Solli Engineering is an Equal Opportunity Employer
