With a strong commitment to sustainable business practices, Nadel continues to drive positive environmental change and raise the bar across the industry.What You'll Do The Warehouse Supervisor (2nd shift) oversees evening operations focused on inbound product flow and inventory readiness. This role is responsible for coordinating the receiving of goods, ensuring accurate inspection and quality control, and directing the putaway and stocking of inventory into designated locations. They manage and support warehouse associates, prioritize workloads to meet processing timelines, and ensure all activities are completed accurately and efficiently within WMS systems. The supervisor also enforces safety standards, maintains organized dock and staging areas, and communicates any discrepancies or issues related to inventory, damages, or vendor compliance.Manage Inbound Operations Oversee all inbound shipments (small parcel, LTL, FTL) from unload -> receipt -> putaway.Assign and prioritize work to ensure 24-48 hour dock-to-stock targets are met.Manage staging to reduce dock congestion and keep flow moving.Receiving and Inventory Control Ensure accurate system receiving (WMS) for all Pos and ASNs.Validate counts, lot/serials (if applicable), and proper SKU identification.Direct proper bin placement and space utilization for efficient picking.Inspection and Quality Control Enforce QC processes for damages, discrepancies, and compliance issues.Document and communication variances (shortages, overages, defects).Escalate vendor or product issues to appropriate teams.Team Leadership Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates on 2nd shift.Monitor productivity, accuracy, and adherence to SOPsConduct shift start-us, set expectations, and drive accountability.What You Bring Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, receiving, or logisticsPrior supervisory experience (preferred)Working knowledge of WMS systemsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize in a fast-moving environmentSolid communication and team leadership abilitiesWhat Makes You Successful You lead by example and aren't afraid to roll up your sleevesYou balance speed with accuracyYou're organized, dependable, and solutions-orientedYou know how to lead and motivate a team to meet goalsYou take initiative to learn and understand process to work efficiently and productivelyWork Environment & Physical Requirements Active warehouse setting with moderate noiseRegular standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs frequently; up to 100 lbs occasionally)Work around equipment, moving machinery, and elevated areasNadel provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
