Sr Manager, Continuous Improvement

Because you’re someone who loves to learn, enjoys people, and has a real heart to help, we encourage you to join us as a: Sr Manager, Continuous Improvement This is What You’ll Do Partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to analyze existing workflows and translate operational challenges into structured improvement opportunities and recommendations grounded in data and best practices. Support the design of new or improved processes through process mapping, process documentation, workflow analysis, and documentation of current- and future-state processes. Conduct time studies, data collection, and root cause analysis to quantify performance gaps and inform solution design. Oversee the planning and execution of operational improvement initiatives using structured continuous improvement and project management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and cycle time. Ensure initiatives follow established governance standards including project charters, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestone tracking, and measurable outcome validation. Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and available resources. Oversee the Operational Excellence initiative portfolio, driving prioritization, resource alignment, and progress tracking to deliver strategic business outcomes. Partner with operational leaders, analytics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and advance initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals. Provide oversight to the development of change strategies and assess operational readiness to ensure processes, documentation, and requirements are clearly defined prior to implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate processes and prepare initiatives for transition to implementation teams. Lead and manage a team of process improvement managers. Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management. Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders. Facilitate engagement activities such as Voice of Customer sessions and problem-solving workshops. Monitor performance metrics and evaluate initiative impact. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and results. Coordinate multi-department operational excellence programs. Ensure initiatives are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with priorities. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. This is What it Takes Minimum Requirements: 10+ years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement or related roles. 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale projects. Experience supporting enterprise operational improvement programs preferred. Required Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Expertise in process improvement methodologies. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping. Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools. Strong project management capabilities. Ability to deliver measurable results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence at all organizational levels. Ability to implement innovative solutions. Physical Requirements Position works in-office at the corporate location.
