In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.Position Details:Schedule: Monday - Saturday, full-time hours.Location: Float position supporting our clinics, at Orange, Passaic, Union city and ParamusCompensation: $19$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Language Requirement: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.Paid Training (2-4 weeks)Responsibilities:Greet patients and escort them to the examination rooms; assist patients with the completion of forms as necessarySchedule appointments and accommodate patient appointment needs, such as ordering transportation, rescheduling, etc.Comply with patient needs at all time and ensure all questions are answeredMaintain procedure rooms by ensuring that they are neat and ready for use at all timesPrepare patients before procedures and clean up afterEnsure patient receipt of post-procedure instructions and how to obtain medication if neededMonitor supply levels and replace inventoryAdditional duties as assigned
