Our Care Teams train and prepare parents and guardians to manage their children’s needs for when they are back in the family home with their loved ones. Our qualified I/DD and social work professionals concurrently assess the children for any potential intellectual or development disabilities.As a Childcare Worker, you will perform routine childcare and activities of daily living, participate in and carry out developmental activities, implement goal plans and behavioral management programs, assist with meal preparation, general housekeeping functions and transportation for social and medical appointments, and provide overall support to the children and the program.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentValid Driver’s LicenseChildcare or experience in child development or education (preferred)Experience with medically fragile children (preferred)AED Infant/Child CPR certification (preferred)Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirementsIND124We are requiring all new team members to be fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine*, except where a reasonable medical or religious accommodation can be granted.
