You’ll play a vital role helping students develop critical skills for academic and personal success.Qualifications & SkillsMaster’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programActive OT license in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)Previous experience in pediatric or school-based environments highly preferredStrong communication, organization, and collaboration abilitiesAbility to adapt interventions for a variety of student needs spanning K-12Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standardsKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high schoolsAssess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans in coordination with multidisciplinary teamsParticipate actively in IEP meetings, providing input on goals and progressDocument services and student progress in accordance with district and professional standardsCollaborate regularly with teachers, families, and other service providers to promote generalization of therapy goals into educational routinesContribute strategies and support for classroom staff to help students achieve optimal participationJoin a supportive, mission-driven environment where your expertise makes a true impact.
