Senior Platform Partner Account Manager

Acxiom is seeking a seasoned Senior Platform Partner Manager to join our high-impact Digital Partnership Team. In this role, you'll build and manage strategic relationships with leading ad-tech partners to accelerate revenue growth and drive innovation. If you're passionate about the data-driven advertising ecosystem, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring a blend of analytical thinking and relationship-building expertise, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoOwn and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized ad-tech partners (e.g., DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, social media), ensuring long-term success and alignment with Acxiom's business goals.Partner with internal stakeholders, including product, legal, finance, and operations teams, to bring partnership initiatives from concept to execution.Contribute to annual business planning and lead project management efforts to support operational excellence and partner engagement.Perform partner contract reviews, ensure compliance with contractual terms and privacy regulations, and identify opportunities for optimization or expansion.Collaborate with senior partner managers to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement plans, and joint value propositions.Analyze partnership data and financial metrics to report on performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field5–7 years of professional experience in partnership management, business development, or client success—ideally within the ad-tech, martech, or data services industryA solid understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, including how agencies and platforms leverage data for media activation and measurementStrong communication and relationship-building skills; you can navigate complex conversations with partners and internal stakeholders alikeExcellent analytical skills; you're comfortable working with contracts, forecasting models, and performance reportsProject management experience with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomesA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering value to partnersPosition not eligible for sponsorshipGD17Salary: $117,500 - $153,000.
