Our work spans premier destination resorts, commercial properties, and complex renovation projects throughout the United States.We are looking for individuals who are energized by precision, innovation, and solving difficult real-world problems—and who want to help push the boundaries of what BIM and reality capture can become.Compensation: $65,000 – $110,000 annually with signing, relocation and bonus potential. You’ll work closely with field technicians, project managers, and production staff to ensure deliverables meet Prologue’s standards for quality, consistency, and constructability.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technically driven environment and enjoys solving complex existing-conditions challenges.What You’ll DoLead the development and coordination of architectural Revit models from:LiDAR point cloud dataExisting construction drawingsField verification dataSite markups and survey informationManage BIM production workflows and model organization standards and deadlinesCoordinate closely with field teams and internal production staff to maintain alignment between captured data and BIM deliverablesPerform quality control reviews to ensure model accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standardsHelp refine and improve internal Scan-to-BIM processes, standards, and efficienciesSupport project planning, deliverable preparation, and client coordination as neededContribute to innovation initiatives involving automation, AI-assisted workflows, and feature extraction technologiesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of professional Revit modeling or BIM management experienceAutoCAD experience strongly preferredBackground in architecture, construction, existing conditions documentation, or related industriesAdvanced understanding of Revit workflows, drafting standards, and BIM organizationStrong ability to read and interpret construction documents and field conditionsExceptional attention to detail and spatial reasoning skillsExperience working with point clouds and Scan-to-BIM workflows strongly preferredExperience with PyRevit and Revit automation tools is strongly favoredInterest in pushing boundaries with automation, AI, computational workflows, and feature extraction technologies is highly valuedAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environmentHospitality project experience is highly valued, but not requiredSelf-motivated, collaborative, and eager to innovateCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $65,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience, technical capabilities, and leadership potentialWe recognize this is a broad compensation range.
