A regional restaurant chain is seeking an IT Systems & Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for its corporate office and multiple restaurant locations. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Microsoft 365 and restaurant POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
