Job Title: Systems EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a mission-focused and passionate Systems Engineer who excels in system architecture, design, specification, evaluation, integration, testing, and adaptation. As part of our distributed team of engineers, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture and requirements of custom applications and advanced R&D solutions. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary agile team, including developers, UX specialists, testers, and other key roles.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development and execution of program milestone events, including customer meetings and formal Government testing events.Conduct testing events of software solutions and generate comprehensive test result documentation.Develop test procedures that verify requirements and ensure traceability between requirements, code, and verification.Engage in hardware and software integration tasks.Collaborate on systems engineering lifecycle processes, including verification, validation, and requirements decomposition.Essential SkillsCurrent TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.Proficiency in systems engineering, including requirements, hardware-software integration, and lifecycle management.Experience with verification and validation processes.Ability to develop tracings between requirements, code, and verification.Additional Skills & QualificationsCertification in Security+ (Sec+).Experience with automated tests, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, cloud technologies, AWS, SATCOM, and GEOINT.Work EnvironmentOur headquarters is located in Aurora, featuring a pit for collaborative work, individual offices, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an on-site gym. We also have a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) on-site. Enjoy complimentary soda and snacks. We are a growing team of 100, with plans to expand by an additional 40 members.
