You'll be responsible for the essential first steps of PCB (printed circuit board) assembly, including:Preparing and handling high-tech components and PCBs with precisionExpertly placing components on bare or partially populated PCBsContributing to the production of cutting-edge electronic systems used in aerospace, defense, healthcare, and moreWorking in a collaborative, quality-focused environment with state-of-the-art equipmentWhat You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of soldering certified experience preferred (but not required - we value enthusiasm to learn!)Eagerness to develop soldering skills if you're new to electronics manufacturingAbility to follow detailed instructions with precisionStrong teamwork skills while also being comfortable working independentlyExceptional attention to detail and commitment to qualityOutstanding eye-hand coordination for precise component placementInterest in learning and applying ISO quality processesWork Environment & Schedule:Enjoy a modern, clean manufacturing environment with a work-life balance that few employers can match!
