Job Title: Construction Accounting ManagerLocation: Chicago, ILSalary Range: $70,000-110,000OverviewWe are seeking an Accounting Manager with experience in construction or a similar project-based industry to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting. This role will manage core accounting functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 5+ years of accounting experience, with construction or a similar industry Must have strong project accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting Experience with WIP reporting, job costing, and AIA billing Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel skills Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities We are proactively building a pipeline of Accounting Managers for current and future hiring needs.
