Experience managing discovery, drafting motions, and handling court appearances. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Responsibilities Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare strategic case analyses. Take and defend depositions. Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
