Residential Counselor CILA Elaine A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. Location: Prospect Heights, IL Hours: Part Time Schedule:Sunday 9p-9a Monday & Monday 3p-9a Tuesday](30hrs) Pay: $20/hr + Paid Training! Sign-on Bonus: Part-Time staff will receive total of $750 in bonuses the first year of employment with us! Responsibilities: Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned. Teach and provide the support necessary for the individuals use of community resources. Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping. Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
