Locum Tenens Opportunity for Nocturnist near BUCHANAN, TN Position: Nocturnist Shift: 7pm-7am Weekend Requirements: Yes On Call Requirements: Yes MANDATED Job Requirements: Must have TN license and DEA at time of presentation Must have clean malpractice/background for temp privs Must be Board Certified IM/FP Must send self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation Must be able to work a minimum of 7 shifts in a row Physician Credentialing Requirements: Experience: No residents, since this is a Nocturnist need, they MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience. Residency Qualifications: Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Board Qualifications: Current board certification in IM or FP or actively in the examination process leading to certification in IM or FP to be achieved within 3 years of graduation. Life Certifications: ACLS and PALS are required for Moderate Sedation privileges. Immunizations: PPD/CXR, FLU, COVID CME: 24 Months Case Logs: 24 Months must show a minimum of 30 pts per year (12 months) Malpractice Coverage: 1 million/3 million License: Must have TN Medical License and DEA at the time of name clear submission CV Requirements: MUST have ALL hospital affiliations in month and year format, with the work history. If there are no affiliations with the work history, the present will not be accepted.
