Office Helper

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Office helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure the assistances of our office operations. Duties - Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft Office to create and maintain documents - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients both in person and over the phone - Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents - Assist with medical receptionist duties as needed - Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling incoming calls - Perform various administrative tasks to support office staff Experience - Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred - Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus - Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks - Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and computerized systems - Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette Job Types: Temporary, Temp-to-hire Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 20 per week Ability to Commute: Cornwall, NY 12518 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cornwall, NY 12518
