Data Center Cabling Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Center Cabling Specialist to install, maintain, and troubleshoot cabling infrastructure within data centers. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable connectivity and Install new cabling (Cat6/Fiber) and optimal performance of network supporting the organization’s data center operations. Responsibilities: * Install, configure, and manage structured cabling systems for data centers, including fiber optics and copper cables. * Conduct testing to ensure compliance with industry standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve cabling issues promptly to minimize downtime. * Collaborate with network engineers and data center technicians to support infrastructure projects. * Maintain accurate documentation of cabling layouts, configurations, and modifications. * Follow safety protocols and best practices during all installation and maintenance activities. Qualifications: * Proven experience in data center cabling or structured wiring installation. * Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards and testing procedures. * Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
