Medical Assistant

Welcome to Klarity, a leading comprehensive mental health clinic. We're currently seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our compassionate care team. Key Responsibilities: Greeting patients as they enter the clinic Prepping rooms for patients including cleaning and sanitization Educating patients on treatment protocols, answering questions and providing compassionate care Preparing and administering medications under the supervision of our healthcare providers. Taking patient vitals during treatment, managing records, and ensuring accurate documentation of all treatments and procedures Assisting in managing patient flow within the clinic Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication , with a strong focus on empathy and patient care. Proficiency in electronic medical record software. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred but not required. Experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not required. CPR certification is preferred but not required.
