Payroll Tax Analyst
Job Summary:
Key Skills Required:
Payroll tax reconciliation & filings across multiple entities (5+ company codes) and all U.S. states incl. Puerto Rico
Experience handling tax notices with agencies & ADP
Exposure to M&A environments
Strong expertise in ADP or Workday
Periodic, quarterly & annual tax filingsRole Overview:
Lead end-to-end payroll tax operations for the U.S. & Puerto Rico, ensuring accurate payments, filings, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, resolve issues, and maintain audit readiness.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely payroll tax deposits, filings, and compliance
Perform tax reconciliations (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Manage tax notices, amendments, and audits
Collaborate with ADP and internal teams on tax setup (FEIN, SUI, etc.)
Support year-end payroll activities and RSU vesting
Drive process improvements and automation initiativesRequirements:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Tax
Strong payroll tax experience across U.S. & Puerto Rico
Hands-on with Workday Payroll & ADP integrations
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
CPP certification preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsEEO:
