Job Title: Atlassian ExpertLocation: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)Duration: 12+ Months ContractJob Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Atlassian Expert with strong experience in Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Atlassian Cloud Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing the Atlassian environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and process improvements.Key Responsibilities:• Administer and maintain Atlassian Cloud products including Jira, Confluence, and JSM• Configure and customize workflows, dashboards, permission schemes, issue types, and automation rules• Develop and support integrations between Atlassian tools and enterprise applications• Implement scripting and automation using ScriptRunner and REST APIs• Troubleshoot system issues and provide operational support for Atlassian platforms• Support ongoing projects, enhancements, migrations, and platform upgrades• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions• Ensure platform security, governance, and best practices are followed• Create technical documentation and provide user support/training when required• Participate in both operational support and project delivery activitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Atlassian Cloud Administration• Experience designing workflows, automation rules, permissions, and integrations• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, ScriptRunner, and Atlassian Marketplace Apps• Experience with custom integrations and enterprise platform connectivity• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly with minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications:• Experience working in enterprise Agile environments• Knowledge of ITSM and service management processes• Prior experience handling both operational support and project-based work• Atlassian certifications are a plusAdditional Requirement:Candidates must be local to the Seattle, WA area and available to work onsite in Bellevue, WA for 3 days per week.
