Onsite Java Software Developer

Permanent direct hire (no c2c, no c2h)Onsite 5 days per week in Maumee, OHAs a Java Software Developer, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our ERP system and related applications. You will work closely with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that directly support all aspects of the business. This role is well-suited for someone with solid hands-on experience who enjoys solving business problems through technology in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain ERP system enhancements and integrationsCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple technologiesTroubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely mannerDevelop and optimize SQL queries and database interactionsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to best practicesSupport DevOps and deployment processes as neededAssist with system performance tuning and continuous improvement effortsExperience:5+ years of software development experience with Java/J2EEExperience with Java development including Spring Framework and JPA/HibernateExperience with Angular for front-end developmentAdvanced SQL skills, including complex query writing and optimizationExperience working in a Linux environmentPlus skills include ERP development/integration, Eclipse RCP, MySQL, Flutter/Android, AWS, and TerraformSolid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practicesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team settingExcellent communication skills#LI-onsite
