This individual will need to understand all aspects of running an indoor pickleball facility, with a specific focus on membership sales, club programming, and back-end operations.Overall ResponsibilitiesMembership salesManage programming scheduleManage all staff (hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, etc.)Understand all software involved with running a club (Playbypoint, Aircall, Hubspot, Wingfield, SWISH, etc.)Provide excellent customer serviceManage all club operational needsAttend all assigned meetings and trainingsCommunicate with members, ambassadors, and staffQualificationsMinimum of 1–2 years of experience in a management positionAbility to effectively and clearly explain memberships and programming offerings at The PicklrStrong communication skills with team members and managementAbility to organize and create program calendars and schedulesAbility to create systems to maintain structure and consistency as neededAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to learn new software and train employeesProficient with basic computer software (Word, Sheets, Excel, etc.)Preferred Qualifications:1–2 years of sales experience1–2 years of customer service experienceKnowledge of the pickleball community and gameplayE04JI802mpqq4096reg
