Launch Planning Manager
Overview
In this role, you orchestrate high-visibility launches by coordinating cross-functional teams to meet milestones on time. You partner with Franchise Heads, Brand Directors, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Excellence to align plans and remove blockers. You’ll drive structured launch readiness, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to enable rapid, precise launches. This position sits at the core of powering the enterprise through clear processes, collaboration, and timely execution. You will deliver impact by ensuring Day 0 readiness and scalable launch playbooks.

ResponsibilitiesEstablish the core launch plan and working model with cross-functional partners, align activities, dependencies, tracking, and metrics; onboard team members quicklyServe as primary point of contact for the brand launch team; run cadence meetings and Launch Readiness Reviews; communicate milestones and risks to senior leadersCoordinate across medical, diagnostics, labeling, market access, marketing, sales, and operations to drive alignment; manage change control and risk governance; ensure Day 0 tasks are sequenced and trackedIdentify bottlenecks and interdependencies; develop mitigation plans; make timely decisions to protect critical paths and launch datesContribute to Launch Excellence by sharing insights; lead post-launch reviews and translate findings into improvements and playbooks
