Job Title: Project Manager Location: Pleasanton, CA Duration: Full-Time Revit Proficiency is needed Job Description: Project Manager with 5–8 years of experience managing K-12 educational facility projects. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in DSA procedures and processes, proficient in Revit, and has a deep understanding of California Building Codes. This role requires strong leadership in managing project teams, subconsultants, and budgets from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage K-12 educational projects through all design and construction phases. Oversee and coordinate DSA approvals, ensuring compliance with state regulations. Direct project teams, subconsultants, and manage project fees and schedules. Develop and review design and construction documents using Revit. Ensure all projects comply with California Building Codes and accessibility standards. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Qualifications: 5–8 years of experience managing K-12 educational facility projects. Extensive knowledge of DSA processes and California Building Codes. Proficiency in Revit for project design and documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience managing project fees, schedules, and consultant coordination.
