Hospital employed Urgent Care opportunity. The facility consists of both Urgent Care and Family Practice and will be open 7 days/wk, 8am-8pm. The anticipated start date is March 2018.Required to work seven 12 hour shifts per payIncluded in the weekend rotation and will be required to work some holidaysAverage # of patients seen per day - 30 patientsBase salary of $214,100 with additional compensation for experience5% less for those not yet boarded, salary adjusted accordingly upon board certification2-year contract also includes:Vacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days). Additional 5 days when producing 75%tile wRVUsCME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $18,000 year before taxes.
