The position involves providing skilled legal advice, representing clients on matters primarily related to traffic and criminal law, conducting legal research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and preparing legal documents. The Associate Attorney will participate in client consultations, case strategies, and court proceedings while maintaining the high standards of professionalism that our firm is known for.QualificationsProficiency in Law, with a specific focus on Criminal and Traffic MattersStrong skills in providing Legal Advice and offering client-centered solutionsProven experience in Research and information analysis to support legal documentation and argumentsCapability in Negotiation to effectively represent and advocate for clientsFluency in both English and Spanish is requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage a diverse portfolio of legal cases effectivelyJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the state of LouisianaPrior experience working in traffic and criminal matters is an advantage
