The ideal candidate will manage lab staff, ensure quality control standards, and maintain a safe and efficient environment for testing and analysis.Responsibilities:Supervise lab staff and ensure adherence to protocols.Manage inventory and equipment maintenance.Oversee testing procedures and ensure accuracy of results.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Train and mentor lab personnel.
