You'll spend time meeting with potential candidates for key roles, evaluating their technical skills and cultural fit. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to refine product requirements for your Automation project, facilitating technical discussions that balance innovation with practical implementation. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
