It is stronger than espresso, smoother than cold brew, and something most people have never experienced before.We're growing from 12 locations to 20+ across Orange County and Los Angeles, and we need people who want to grow with us. What a Store Manager Does at Blk Dot CoffeeA Store Manager at Blk Dot Coffee isn’t just overseeing a shift, you are responsible for how the store runs, how the team performs, and how guests experience the brand.You set the tone for energy, accountability, and execution. When the store is running well, it’s because of your leadership.
