Apply via Dice today!RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Spring, TX that is seeking a Camera Test Engineer & Demo Coordinator.Responsibilities: Collaborate with camera/sensor architects in designing and facilitating test plans to assess camera image quality and validate proof-of-concept development Perform testing of various proof-of-concepts related to sensing and computer vision and provide feedback back to design/development team Conduct testing on various proof-of-concepts related to sensor and camera, and relay insights to the lead architects of the projects Updating each device with latest HW, SW, Driver, BIOS, image, etc before each test Perform requested device comparisons of competitive units and analyze the data based on specific test cases Analyze testing results to enhance future test plans and scenarios (Including metrics and benchmarks to gauge improvement) Document and maintain testing documentation Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action Works on problems/projects of complex scope & acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input Communicate project deliverables, status and issues to management Continuously streamline and improve the testing procedures to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting are effective and coordinated Communicate results, risks, and project status to management team as well as other stake holders Identify & investigate product defects, tracks, and reports them to management and development team Analyze testing results to enhance future test plans and scenarios (Including metrics and benchmarks to gauge improvement) Lead and coordinate with camera/sensor team on setting up camera/sensor related demo activities Co-work closely with camera & sensor architects to develop and implement demo proceduresREQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of Camera or Sensor Testing experience Knowledgeable in QA best practices Experience with various Hardware Testing methodologies Documentation skills Ability to lead and coordinate Demo'sThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
