Bus Person A Bus Person is responsible for ensuring the dining room, lobby, service areas, and restrooms are clean, stocked and visually appealing. Bussers assist servers by resetting tables for the next guests. Responsibilities include consistently delivering positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees. They assist servers to provide the highest quality dining experience possible consistent with restaurant and regulatory guidelines. Tasks also include removing used tableware and resetting tables; providing clean and polished utensils, organizing condiments, spot sweeping carpets, wiping off chairs, and replenishing station and restroom supplies as needed. Qualifications include having prior experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Candidates should be capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, have good people skills and a well-groomed appearance, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Candidates must also be at least 18 years old.
