Job Description Precision Mechanical AssemblerWhat You'll DoDisassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and rebuild mechanical components to OEM and company quality standards.Inspect components using engineering drawings, GD&T, precision measuring instruments, and inspection equipment.Replace worn or damaged parts while maintaining critical tolerances and ensuring proper fit and function.Assemble, wire, and test motors and electrical components, including crimping, pinning, soldering, and connector installation.Clean, lubricate, and install bearings using proper handling and assembly techniques.Set bearing preload and bearing configurations using specialized tools, calculations, and manufacturer specifications.\nCompany DescriptionWe are a firm focused in the STEM Talent Arena; Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.We build and have long term relationships with our clients and represent our clients transparently.
