CNC Lathe Operator
We're hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Operator for a full?time, on?site role in Ringgold, GA. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC turning machines to produce high?precision metal components.Pay: $18.75 to $24/hr, DOEKey Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision metal partsLoad programs, make offsets, and complete tool changesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsSelect tooling, speeds, and feeds based on materials and tolerancesInspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision gaugesMaintain tight tolerances and required surface finishesMonitor machine performance and troubleshoot issuesPerform basic maintenance and keep work area cleanRequirements:2+ years of CNC lathe operating experienceStrong understanding of CNC machining and turning operationsAbility to read blueprints and GD&TSkilled with precision measuring toolsExperience machining steel, stainless, aluminum, and alloysDetail oriented with strong problem solving skillsPreferred:CNC setup experienceBasic G-code editing/programmingExperience with multi-axis or live-tooling lathesTechnical or vocational machining trainingPay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
