The Business Operations team helps to ensure consistency and reliability in a fast-moving startup environment. The Business Operations team supports all major scopes within the company, including but not limited to: finance & accounting; legal; HR; IT; compliance; People Ops & HR; Facilities; IT. No task is too small. If it needs doing, the Business Operations team does it.About the roleWe’re hiring a MEP Engineer to help us build out new spaces and keep our office, lab, and production spaces running smoothly day to day. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes fixing things, building things, and solving problems on the spot. Priorities change, things break, new equipment shows up, and spaces evolve. We’re looking for someone practical, reliable, and detail-oriented who takes pride in keeping things working and safe.You’ll work across our facilities in Texas and California, including office, lab, manufacturing, and light industrial, owning maintenance, repairs, construction, equipment setup, and vendor coordination.
