In this role, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a strategic technical advisor, helping organizations modernize identity governance, secure third-party identities, and implement scalable cloud-first identity security solutions. You will lead complex IAM transformation programs while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable identity architectures. If you're passionate about working in an environment where you can experience accelerated growth, development, and high impact, this role could be for you!Location: IndiaEmployment Type: Full Time, RemoteWorking time zone: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET (1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST)What You'll Do:Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint ISC and NERM solutionsDesign scalable cloud-based identity governance and administration (IGA) architecturesArchitect identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certifications, access requests, RBAC, and policy governance solutionsLead implementation of Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) solutions for vendors, contractors, consultants, and third-party usersDesign and implement integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, web services, and SailPoint connectorsLead enterprise application onboarding across SaaS, cloud, API-based, and custom applicationsArchitect integrations with platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and HR systemsConduct solution workshops, architecture reviews, and technical advisory sessions with clientsEstablish IAM governance standards, implementation best practices, and reusable frameworksProvide technical leadership for troubleshooting, performance optimization, and solution scalabilityCollaborate with Security, Engineering, and Delivery teams to drive successful project executionDevelop architecture documentation, implementation strategies, and operational runbooksMentor engineers and implementation teams on SailPoint ISC and NERM best practicesWho We're Looking For:8+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or cloud identity architectureMinimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC / IdentityNowStrong experience with SailPoint NERM and third-party identity governanceExpertise in cloud IAM architecture, provisioning, lifecycle management, certifications, and access governanceStrong experience onboarding applications using OOTB, API-based, SaaS, and custom integrationsHands-on experience with REST APIs, SCIM, JSON, and cloud integration frameworksExperience integrating enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud applicationsStrong understanding of Zero Trust, identity security, and compliance frameworksFamiliarity with scripting or development technologies such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Java, or PythonExperience designing IAM solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environmentsStrong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skillsExperience leading customer-facing architecture and implementation engagementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, IT, or related field preferredEnglish language proficiency requiredNice-to-Have Skills:SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow certificationsExperience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)Knowledge of identity threat detection and governance analyticsExperience with AWS, Azure, and GCP identity servicesFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code practicesCISSP, TOGAF, or other security/architecture certificationsExperience leading enterprise IAM modernization or cloud migration initiatives #LI-AS1Why You'll Love Working HereAt KeyData Cyber, we put people first, valuing learning, growth, and work-life balance.
