Remediation and Other Waste Management ServicesLand SubdivisionSpecial Food ServicesOther Investment Pools and FundsOffice Administrative ServicesCAPEX Project Manager – Site Acquisition/Remediation - Pharmaceuticals - Ohio - 12-Month Contract This is a fantastic opportunity for a Safety Program Manager to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Maryland, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and completion of the site and infrastructure portion of a greenfield CAPEX project focused on the construction of a new pharmaceutical API plant at the Lebanon location.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, facilities, and regulatory affairs, to drive project success.Oversee the selection and management of contractors and vendors involved in the project, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.RequirementsMinimum of 7 years of experience managing capital projects in the life science industry, with a focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing. Experience in oil and gas or chemical industries may also be considered.Proven track record of successfully leading capital projects with budgets exceeding $50 million.If this role is of interest to you, please apply now!
