Senior Business Analyst – Wealth Management (6+yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Wealth Management to support enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and deliver high-quality business and functional requirements while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to Business & Technical Analysis
Prior experience in financial services or wealth management environments
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of SDLC and development methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
Expertise in Business & Functional Requirements:
Elicitation
Documentation
Analysis
Prioritization
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
Work closely with developers, QA, architects, and product owners
Experience with enterprise testing, quality standards, and software architecture
Strong knowledge of financial management concepts
Hands-on experience in Change Management & Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Manage vendors, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders
Perform data analysis to support business decisions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Lead meetings and facilitate discussions (virtual & in-person)
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Ability to mentor junior BAs and support team growth
Desired / Nice-to-Have:
Strong Wealth Management domain experience
Experience with OMNI recordkeeping platforms
Exposure to investment, advisory, or portfolio management systems.
