You’ll bring expertise in pharmacy and supplement production to design effective, safe, and market-ready products, while collaborating with outsourced production partners. Together, we will launch our first product line and shape the company’s long-term vision.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development:Lead formulation of innovative health supplements based on scientific and clinical insights.Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and other US regulatory standards.Collaborate with outsourced manufacturers to oversee quality, safety, and scalability.Operational Leadership:Establish lean production workflows with external partners.Develop packaging, labeling, and distribution strategies aligned with healthcare/pharmacy standards.Implement cost-effective processes for early-stage product launches.Investor & Team Collaboration:Engage with investors during pre-registration phase to showcase product potential.Represent the scientific and healthcare credibility of the founding team.Contribute to strategic discussions on scaling, partnerships, and market positioning.Governance & Compliance:Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations and supplement industry requirements.Build trust with pharmacies, healthcare providers, and consumers through transparent practices.📌 Ideal BackgroundLicensed pharmacist or professional with strong background in health supplements production.Experience in healthcare/pharmacy industries with knowledge of US regulatory frameworks.Track record of working with outsourced production/manufacturing partners.Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to commit long-term to a lean startup journey.🤝 Collaboration PreferenceJoin from pre-registration phase, actively shaping product concepts and investor discussions.Co-create the early line of supplements with the founding team, ensuring both innovation and credibility.
