Job Description Job purposeT To manage the Jimmy John’s stores within assigned geographical area in accordance with Jimmy John’s Operational Standards. Manage, train and develop General Managers and staff. Manage financial operation of stores in accordance with predefined goals set by CEO.Duties and ResponsibilitiesBe a Role Model to new Team MembersProvide excellent Customer ServiceAdhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and ProceduresMaintain and foster Company CultureMaintain store cleanlinessMaintain Food SafetyMaintain Workplace SafetyMaintain Store and Equipment SafetyWork closely with Regional Manager to meet key performance metricsAdminister Performance Reviews, Corrective Actions and Coaching’sTrain and develop staffManage to P&L for marketPlan and execute growth strategiesWork closely with marketing teamsPlan and execute General Manager meetingsOnsite visits requiredAudit to brand and company standardsManage market KPI’sMaintain collaborative relationship with Jimmy John’s liaisonsQualificationsMust have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a food service District/Area ManagerMust be an excellent Coach to your team and develop them for advancementMust be coachable and apply what you learnMust be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and charismaticMust be able to meet performance metricsMust have strong communication skills including formal written communicationMust have a sense of urgency to complete requested tasksMust have reliable transportationMust be computer proficientWorking conditionsMust be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Jimmy John’s stores play music at a moderate level all day. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives and oven.Physical requirementsMust be able to sit and stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, climb stairs and walk. Must be able to drive extensively throughout the day.
