As a Brand Sales Ambassador, you are the face of MOJO in your market. This is a high-impact, field-based role designed for someone who thrives on hustle, relationship-building, and closing deals. You will drive paid retail traffic growth through local partnerships, fleet sales, and community engagement, turning brand presence into measurable revenue.
This role is not behind a desk—it’s in the field, in the community, and in front of decision-makers. Your success is directly tied to your ability to build pipelines, create partnerships, and convert opportunities into revenue.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Sales Growth & Revenue Generation
Build and close partnerships with local businesses and fleet operators
Drive paid retail growth through community-based sales initiatives
Identify and convert opportunities into recurring revenue streams
Own and execute against individual sales targets
Brand Representation & Community Engagement
Serve as the public-facing representative of MOJO in your territory
Attend local events, networking groups, and community activations
Build strong relationships that increase brand awareness and loyalty
Partnership Development
Develop partnerships with schools, sports teams, and local organizations
Create sponsorship opportunities that drive measurable revenue
Turn community engagement into long-term business growth
Pipeline Management & Reporting
Manage all sales activity within HubSpot CRM
Track leads, meetings, proposals, and closed deals
Measure ROI of events, partnerships, and initiatives
Maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience working in field-based or relationship-driven roles
Strong organizational and CRM management skills (HubSpot preferred)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel within your assigned territory. Flexibility is required to attend events, meetings, and community engagements as needed.

Salary Description
$60,000 - $65,000 plus commission
