Territory Manager - Metro Southwest, MA - Top Executive Search Firm Technology / Hardware / Telecommunications | Framingham, MA (Remote, In Territory) | $240,000 Job Description: The Territory Manager will oversee all accounts within their sales territory, focusing on account growth and new business acquisition for products and engineering/manufacturing services. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that combines business development, technical consultative selling, and long-term account growth. The Territory Manager will spend the majority of time (75%) in the field with consistent daily travel and frequent on-site engagement. The Territory Manager must have a strong value/solution selling approach for engineered or technical solutions, focusing on reliability, performance, safety, and lifecycle value, not selling on price. The role requires the ability to engage technical buyers, including engineers, operations, and maintenance stakeholders. Proven success in account management and business development, ideally selling both products and engineering services. Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred. Location: Remote field-based sales opportunity covering the MetroWest, MA area (Framingham, MA). Expected travel to meet with clients on-site 75-80% throughout the region.
