Director of Technical Enterprise SystemsWe are seeking a Director of Technical Enterprise Systems to lead enterprise technology strategy, IT operations, and infrastructure for a growing investment advisory firm. This leadership role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.What You’ll DoLead the firm’s technology strategy, roadmap, and governanceOversee IT operations, infrastructure, and internal support functionsDrive system optimization, integrations, and enterprise platformsPartner cross-functionally to enhance efficiency and scalabilityLead cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity planningManage technology vendors, platforms, and strategic partnershipsBuild and develop a high-performing IT teamWhat We’re Looking For7+ years in technology leadership or enterprise systems managementStrong background in IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurityExperience leading enterprise applications, integrations, and vendorsProven ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvementsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to balance strategy with hands-on executionMust be able to work on-site in Nashville, TNPreferred ExperienceFinancial services, wealth management, or RIA environmentFamiliarity with tools such as Salesforce/Practifi, Black Diamond, Microsoft 365, WealthscapeExperience supporting multi-location or hybrid environmentsRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP, cybersecurity credentials)If you’re a strategic technology leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable systems and teams, we’d love to connect.US Citizenship Required - no agencies pleaseSalary - $110 - 115k 9 (more for close match)Benefits - Medical, Dental, Hearlth, 401K, generous PTOJob ID 52636
