Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the front of the house operations including the Front Desk and Food & Beverage departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and be able to manage a team effectively.
*Weekends and open availability are required.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk and Food & Beverage departments, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out and during their dining experience.
Manage and train a team of staff in both departments, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Work closely with the hotel's General Manager to ensure that financial goals are met and expenses are controlled.
Continuously monitor guest feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel's public areas.
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Provide support and assistance to staff during peak periods and special events.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to improve the hotel's operations.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
