QC Line Technician (Night & Day Shifts Available)

Job DescriptionNOV in Burkburnett, TX is currently seeking dependable QC Technicians to work in our manufacturing facility. NIGHTS and DAYS available. Shifts are currently scheduled in 2-2-3 pattern (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, becoming 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, and repeating) . Days are 7am-7:30 pm and Nights are 7pm to 7:30am.This role will support the Quality Assurance department, helping to ensure that finished products and assemblies meet required regulatory and organizational Quality standards while maintaining all Safety measures.Job SummaryPerforms inspection, testing, and documentation activities to ensure finished products and assemblies meet applicable regulatory, customer, and organizational quality requirements while maintaining all safety standards.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesInspect, test, and verify product conformance using visual standards, dimensional tools, and applicable proceduresAccept or reject products based on defined quality requirements and specificationsPerform in-process, final, and incoming inspections as requiredComplete documentation and maintain accurate quality records in accordance with QMS requirementsIdentify and segregate nonconforming products and support disposition activitiesEnsure proper identification and traceability of product throughout inspection processesSupport audits, investigations, and corrective actions as assignedMaintain calibration awareness and proper use of measuring and test equipmentFollow all applicable work instructions, procedures, and specificationsWear appropriate PPE and comply with all HSE requirementsComply with all NOV Company policies, Quality policies, and proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform other duties as assignedEducation & Experience QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentRelevant manufacturing or quality experience preferred (typically 1–3 years)Forklift certification (as applicable to facility)Job RequirementsAbility to work in a Factory environment with varying temperaturesAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods (up to 12 hours)Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to push/pull up as required Travel is less than 10% (if applicable)BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESDependability and attendanceAttention to detailAccountabilityTeamwork and collaborationAbility to follow instructions and proceduresAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentTECHNICAL COMPETENCIESAll facility-specific training, qualification, and progression requirements are defined and controlled through the site Training & Competency Program.
