This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader looking to continue growing into a future Maintenance Manager role. The company offers a clean, climate-controlled environment along with an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, disability coverage, HSA/FSA programs, and more.Responsibilities Support daily maintenance operations and equipment uptimeAssist with preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory trackingHelp oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery and plant equipmentSupport new equipment installations and facility projectsMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentationLead maintenance operations in the absence of the Maintenance ManagerPromote safe and efficient manufacturing operationsQualifications 7+ years of manufacturing experience5+ years of CNC machining experience2+ years in a leadership role managing 10+ employeesStrong mechanical troubleshooting and organizational skillsExperience in a manufacturing environment with a strong safety focusAssociate degree or trade certification preferredMicrosoft Office proficiency required; ADP Workforce Now experience is a plusCompensation: $75,000–$90,000 based on experience and qualifications.If you have the experience and skills for this position, we'd love to hear from you!
