About The JobTitle: Senior Family Law AttorneyLocation: RemoteKey Responsibilities:Manage all phases of complex divorce and dissolution matters, including high-asset marital estate division.Draft, negotiate, and litigate prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.Handle child custody, timesharing, and support disputes — including interstate and international matters.Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school; California Bar admission in good standing (required).Minimum 5 years of dedicated family law experience at a law firm.Demonstrated experience representing high-net-worth clients.Strong command of California family law statutes, procedural rules, and case law.Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $250,000 – $300,000.
